Our Review: We loved this movie! Pete's Dragon is a must see. We liked how friendly Elliot is to those that are being nice to him. But if you try to hurt him or make him mad, look out. He'll show you his mean and scary side. Like when he was on the bridge blowing fire at everyone to stop them from chasing him. Pete was able to calm him down but it was too late, Grace and Jack almost die as they fall from the bridge. Elliot saves them though and that changes everyone's attitude toward him. Then they all realize he is good.
I loved when Pete meets Elliot for the first time. He says, "are you going to eat me?" Then Elliot picks him up and they fly off together. We felt bad when they tranquilize Elliot and tie him down. We thought it was brilliant when Elliot was on the back of the truck and Pete unties the chains then Elliot makes himself invisible. All of the people come running in to see the Dragon and it looked like he flew through the roof. This is a fun family friendly movie that everyone will enjoy.

There are tons of bonus features as well. Making magic is really good. It lets you see what they did to make Elliot come to life. There are also bloopers which are always funny. Another thing to watch is the music video with Lindsey Sterling. We have always loved watching her play the violin. She is amazing!
