I have been preaching "wash your hands" like crazy. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I am going to pay more attention to what I am touching - no public stair rails etc. At the first sign of a sore throat I am going to use Oil of Oregano. It's a very good natural preventative.

Wash wash and more washing of hands. I have a child who has special medical needs and can't afford for her to get sick (it will nearly kill her every single time!). Also carrying tissues, coughing and sneezing in elbow, using shopping cart wipes at the stores and so on.

We are already battling our first colds of the season. It started with the 20 month old, then the husband, and lucky pregnant me is showing some of the first symptoms. I have been carrying a roll of super strong TP with me (the smaller pieces are just right for little noses) and trying to catch her before she wipes her nose with her hands.
I also carry some spray on sanitizer in my purse, and have a pump bottle next to the sink.
I wrote about you on my blog and left a link, the best I know how. I'm going to take a blogging class that starts September 22nd and runs through October 6th through the college. I'll learn more about blogging then.

I am required to get a flu shot where I work. Also, lots of constant hand washing and using the antiseptic hand sanitizer works wonders. We have lots of that at work. I also use tons of Kleenex.

Hey, how you doing? Hope you had a good weekend. We went to the Enterprise Corn Festival this weekend. They have the BEST corn in the world!!! Wish I could send you some. Maybe I'll see if I can bring some up next weekend when I come. We're coming up again for the brother's reunion. It will be Sunday at Mill Creek Canyon. We had a lot of fun at Enterprise. There were Thousands of people there in that little town yesterday. Annette was busy making bread dough for the Navajo Taco stand Chance was working at for the Football team. Jandi was washing cars for the cheerleaders. Lacey was helping her Mom make dough and cakes. Have a great week! Miss you and love you.

Today was the start of the new school year. My son a sophmore in H.S. I am really worried about keeping him healthy.
I loaded him with hand sanitizer, told him to wash his hands often and not to touch is face. I sure hope we make it through the school year with out any type of flu.

This is a great giveaway!
My little guy gets sick a lot so we wash our hands all the time. I am constantly on him about covering when he coughs so we will continue to work on that.
In our school district, we have a healthy lfestyle program where we can win prizes by doing the monthly
